1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sz888 ("sz888", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the sz888 website located at sz888.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and promotional programmes.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the sz888 Platform, used to access services, deposit funds and place wagers.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or similar incentives credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and specific offer terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, being the identity, age and address verification processes required by the operator to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform" — the sz888 website, mobile site and all associated services accessible at sz888.cam.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, entertainment and account management functions made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds (or Bonus Funds plus deposit) must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a stake placed by a User on any game, event or outcome available on the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account and use any Services on sz888. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any User found to be below the minimum age requirement will have their Account immediately closed and all deposits returned, with any associated winnings forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

sz888 does not knowingly provide Services to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence. sz888 reserves the right to restrict or deny access to Users in any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on sz888. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any funds or winnings accumulated across those Accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Integrity

Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required by the registration form. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 KYC Document Requirements

sz888 may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals, after certain deposit thresholds or if unusual activity is detected. Acceptable documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of current residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement (typically dated within 3 months);
• A selfie or liveness check image alongside your identification document, as required by the verification system;
• Source-of-funds documentation where requested in accordance with AML obligations.

4.3 Verification Processing

sz888 aims to process KYC submissions promptly; however, verification timelines may vary. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the completion of identity verification. sz888 will not be liable for delays in processing payments that arise from incomplete or pending verification procedures.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sz888 may offer a variety of payment options in its cashier. In the Pakistan market, familiar payment references include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change and must be confirmed directly in the cashier at the time of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your sz888 Account must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. sz888 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of sz888;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits, or to a verified method in your name;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier;
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of associated winnings;
• sz888 reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks before processing large withdrawals.

5.4 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to internal review procedures. sz888 targets prompt processing but does not guarantee specific timeframes. Delays may result from KYC requirements, payment provider processing windows, banking cut-off times or security reviews.

5.5 Currency

Account balances may be displayed in the currency configured at registration. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is the designated account currency, deposits and withdrawals will be processed accordingly, subject to applicable conversion rates where relevant. Any foreign exchange fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins and reward offers issued by sz888 are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion. Users are required to read and understand the applicable offer T&C before opting in. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes agreement to the specific terms of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the offer T&C. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 20x wagering requirement requires total qualifying bets of PKR 100,000. Illustrative figures only — refer to the specific offer for verified values.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet or stake limit per round applies as specified in the promotion terms (typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per bet or spin, illustratively). Placing bets above the maximum permitted stake whilst a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%; live casino games, table games and certain other products may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly between 10% and 20%) or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual offer T&C.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account, along with any associated winnings. Expiry periods are stated in the specific promotion terms.

6.6 Abuse & Misuse

sz888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC and other events, are governed by the specific rules of each sport and market type as published in the sportsbook. In the event of ambiguity or dispute, sz888's published sports rules take precedence. Results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables, slots and RNG-based table games, operate according to the rules displayed within the game interface. Slot and table game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided by the game supplier and are based on long-run theoretical averages. Short-term outcomes may differ significantly from stated RTP values.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting a game or wager, sz888 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the applicable stake. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction are not payable. sz888 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues or Force Majeure events.

7.4 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond the permitted threshold, data feed errors, settlement errors and rule violations by the User. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the User's Account Balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sz888 Platform:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes or vulnerabilities to obtain financial advantage;
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering);
• Using the Platform in a manner that infringes the rights of any third party;
• Attempting to hack, overload or otherwise disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Impersonating any other person or entity in connection with the Platform;
• Any conduct that sz888 determines, at its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text and design elements on the sz888 Platform are the intellectual property of sz888 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the sz888 Platform without express prior written consent from sz888. Any unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be subject to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sz888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services.

sz888's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sz888 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game outcomes.

11 Responsible Gambling Obligations

sz888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion. Users are encouraged to make active use of these tools.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting sz888 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of pending withdrawals and any applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by sz888

sz888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Court order, regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring such action;
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an Account due to breach of these Terms, sz888 may, at its discretion, forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money Balance may also be forfeited where closure arises from fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned in non-fraud closure scenarios following satisfactory KYC completion.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sz888 is incorporated and licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. sz888 does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

13.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact sz888 customer support at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be resolved informally before pursuing any formal proceedings.

13.3 Formal Dispute Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the operator's license jurisdiction. Details of the applicable escalation path will be provided upon request from customer support.

13.4 No Class Actions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against sz888.

14 Amendments to These Terms

sz888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, sz888 may notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
